For our organization to get credit and for you to get the discounted rate, you must say you are with the North American Ministerial Council (NAMC). Provide the room type and personal information they request. A valid credit card will be required for all reservations by each person.

You may request a Standard King Bedroom, Standard King Bedroom with a sleeper, or a Standard Two Queen Bedroom. ADA rooms are also available. The room rate for single/double occupancy is $125.00 plus applicable taxes (currently 17.31%). Additional adults are $10.00 per person, per night. No more than four persons per room. Guestroom types cannot be guaranteed and will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Breakfast is included in the group rate. Turkey bacon will be provided.

Upon check-in at the hotel, each person must present a credit card that will then be pre-authorized to cover the full amount of room and tax charges for the length of your stay. Each person, if sharing a room, is required to pay their fair share.

The cutoff date to reserve a room at the group rate is Thursday, September 10, 2026 and must be confirmed no later than 11:59 p.m. Rooms needed after that date will be subject to availability and based on a higher guest rate. If you have need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your arrival date.

Hotel check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and hotel check-out is at 11 am. The group rate is available 10/12/2026 to 10/17/2026. Guest rooms are available three days prior and three days after the event based on availability.

Whether you are driving or flying it is suggested you target your arrival at the University Plaza Hotel on Monday, October 12 by 4:00 p.m. The closing service date is 10/17.

Meals

The event begins with dinner on Monday, October 12 and concludes with a closing service on Saturday October 17.

A complimentary breakfast is served each morning in the lush open-air atrium.

Lunch and Dinner are available for purchase. You may purchase all meals at a discounted rate of $350. Or you may purchase individual meals at the following prices. (Pricing includes tax and service fees).

NOTE: Our meeting space is complimentary based on a negotiated food and beverage minimum. To help us meet the food and beverage minimum so extra charges are not incurred, we suggest each person purchase all the meals for $350.00 or a minimum of $175.00 in meals. Breakfast is complimentary. There are a few restaurants within a two to four block walking distance of the hotel.

Registration/Program Fees and Payment Information

To attend NAMC in Springfield, Missouri a registration/program fee of $195 is required for each attendee (both husband and wife).

To register by mail, fill out the registration form and mail your detailed registration form with your payment to the General Conference offices P.O. Box 33677, Denver, CO 80233. A confirmation letter will be sent to you. We will not be accepting on-location registrations. Please do not mail a registration and register online. Only one is necessary and eliminates confusion.

If your cost is being subsidized, please submit full payment, then collect reimbursement from your sponsoring church, district, etc.

Chef's Choice-Dessert.


ThursdayOffsite

Thursday Offsite: Purchase a box dinner for $25.00 and eat at Park Central Square (four blocks to the west of the University Hotel). Or you may purchase your own meal at one of the restaurants near Park Central Square. You may walk to the Square, or if you prefer to ride, transportation is available to take you to the restaurants or Square. Other activities before and after will be announced in the printed program.

Transportation

Springfield, MO (SGF) airport shuttle

The complimentary airport shuttle for the University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center picks you up at the front of the terminal building (near the main passenger pick-up and drop-off area) at Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF). 

Because the shuttle does not run on a constant loop, follow these steps when you arrive:

  1. Collect your luggage at baggage claim. 
  2. Call the hotel at (417) 864-7333, press 0 to connect to the front desk and request your pickup.
  3. Head outside to the main terminal curb.
  4. Watch for the designated University Plaza Hotel shuttle van. 
  5. Find out the specific shuttle operating hours for your departure.

Parking: Parking is complimentary to all guests of NAMC.


Closing Service Attendance

I hereby release and discharge forever the General Conference of the Church of God (Seventh Day), its principals, employees, agents, and volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, expenses, actions, causes of action, suits at law, or inequity because of any matter, incident, or thing done, omitted, or suffered to be done by anyone that may hereafter arise from my participation in the conference.


Furthermore, I the undersigned, do hereby expressly stipulate and agree to indemnify and to hold the General Conference of the Church of God (Seventh Day), its principals, employees, agents, and volunteers, forever harmless against loss from and and all further claims, and causes of action of any kind, that may hereafter at any time be made or brought to me, and I waive any and all rights of exemption under the laws of any state as against such claims.


I have read the above and understand this release. Furthermore, in the event of an emergency, the General Conference of the Church of God (Seventh Day), its employees, and volunteers, have my permission to administer first aid or obtain emergency treatment for myself. I agree to pay all expenses incurred due to an emergency.


Furthermore by signing this registration form, I agree to grant to the General Conference of the Church of God (Seventh Day) and its authorized representatives permission to record on photography film and/or video, pictures of my participation. I further agree that any or all of the material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochure, or other printed materials used to promote the General Conference, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.

This includes meals, airport shuttle (if selected), parking (if driving) and the registration fee. It does not include lodging fees.
